MEET MOLLY
My passion is helping people transition into their next chapter of life - whether they are buying or selling…or both. I specialize in working with homeowners who are looking to sell their current home and purchase a new home at the same time. My clients feel confident throughout the process, knowing I am uniquely qualified to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
As the owner and Broker of SOLID REAL ESTATE SERVICES, I bring excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to each transaction, making sure my clients are always well-heard, well-understood, and well-represented. I build lifelong relationships with my clients and colleagues as a result of my ability to make a complicated transaction run smoothly. My clients trust me completely to guide them through the entire transaction because they know they are working with an experienced, competent, and dedicated professional. I absolutely LOVE my clients, and I REALLY LOVE my job!
A graduate of Texas Tech University with a masters degree in instructional technology, I am adept at utilizing online tools to market my listings. I study new technologies available in the industry, branching out to incorporate as many of those as possible to benefit my clients.
In addition to serving my clients with their real estate needs, I have homeschooled my three sons - Logan, Judd, and Ryder. I love to fish, kayak, and go camping with my husband, Darrik, and our sons. I focus on time spent in nature, and I enjoy hiking and exploring the many state parks of Texas. A gorgeous sunset, the smell of the dense forest, and the oceanside saltwater air are three of my favorite things!
